My conundrum is that he was just shy of the 540 (had a 536) that would have exempted him from being taped. This was a nearly 60 point improvement from his last ACFT but this time he busted tape by 2%. So what do I do?May be unpopular belief but flagging him isnt the end of the world. I would let him know he came up short of 540 and barely busted tape by 2%. Then highlight all the improvements and tell him in 30 days hes doing another acft to unflag.
