#1 · Feb 6, 2022. I picked up a Kimber Micro 9 a few months ago while in search for a P938. Then last month, I stumbled on a P938 at a good price and picked it up too. While there's nothing to say I can't keep them both. However, of everything in my safe, if I find something I need to trade for one of these two will need to go. But which one?Have had both a 938 and two Kimber Micro 9's, they are almost twins, might of been the particular 938 I had but when taking it down to clean the barrel was hard to remove from the slide. Had to use a screwdriver and twist the barrel in the chamber area to get it to release. I read that the Kimber 9 Micro 8-round magazine will fit without modification into a P938, and that doing so adds just a little more grip room for someone who needs it. At about $30, which includes shipping and handling, that's a pretty good solution for someone who may have issues holding the gun. But holding them both, I can see how the P938's six round mag would fit the Kimber (no news on extended mags for the Micro). In terms of size, the Micro 9 Rapide (Black Ice) is tiny for a 9mm pistol.
