RXOM here too. I definitely do more of the technician job than the RXOM job. I do rotate with my technicians. I answer phone calls, give vaccines, fill, type almost all prescriptions since most of my technicians don't or slow to type, and do some other technician jobs. No time to do managerial jobs.RxOM is a 40 hour position, sr tech is not guaranteed that. i cut mine to 34 to give my techs some hours. if i schedule myself 40, then i'd probably always be in ot bc i always come in a few minutes early and leave a few minutes after my scheduled time. i normally schedule myself 37.5 tho due to the 30 min lunch period.
